The Great Imran Khan

Imran khan is famous Pakistan cricketer and politician. Imran Khan was Pakistan most successful captain and cricket player who leading Pakistan to victory in 1992 world cup. Imran khan was born in Pakistan second largest city Lahore. His father was civil engineer and his mother was house wife. His mother was died due to cancer and later he built Shoukat Khanum memorial hospital for poor cancer patients.

Imran khan family belongs to Niazi tribe and he is ethnic pushtoon. Imran Khan has four sister. He married with Jamima Khan who belongs to famous British Gold Smith family he has two sons. Imran khan got early education form Lahore than go to oxford for higher education.

Imran khan started his first class cricket career in Lahore. Imran khan started his test career in 1971 against England in city of Birmingham. Due to good performance and aggressive fast blowing Imran secured permanent place in Pakistan cricket team. Imran khan considers best fast bowler and all-rounder in all types of cricket.

Imran khan scored three thousand runs and got more than three hundred wicket in test cricket. In his one day international career he scorned more than three thousand runs. He was aggressive batsman and people of Pakistan always remember his huge sixes he also scored one century in one day international.

In 1982 Imran khan selected captain of Pakistan cricket team. He was aggressive captain. During his captaincy he achieved several mile stones. In his captaincy Pakistan won first ever series against India on Indian soil.

Despite his good performance and hard favorite team in 1987 world cup Pakistan lost semi final against Australia. In 1992 world cup Pakistan lack of experience and young team performed remarkably under Imran captaincy and secured world cup crown. This was big mile stone in Imran life and his team he got country wide popularity and heroic well come everywhere.

Imran Khan considered most successful captain of Pakistan cricket long history. Imran had a great ability to keep his team united and he always tired his best to fight till last bowel or last wicket. His captaincy produced several great players of Pakistan cricket including left arm great fast bowler Waseem Akram.

After retirement from cricket Imran started his charity work. After his mother tragic death in cancer Imran Khan decided to built Shaukat Khanam cancer hospital for poor people. For funds collection he travelled all over the world and organized campaigns and concerts every where.

Due to his hard work his dream comes true and now Shukat Khanum Hospital is working in heart of Lahore with all modern facilities and top team of doctors. Imran Khan foundation is also working for poor people of Pakistan. He established one big university and also worked hard for flood affected people in Pakistan.

After success in recent election his political party Pakistan Tahrik Insaf has established government in KPK province of Pakistan where several social and economic schemes specially in education and financial sector are introduced and his party is very popular in KPK Province.

Imran Khan also setup his political party Tahrek-e-Insaf. He established his political party against raising corruption, inequality, and poverty in Pakistan. Imran Khan arranged massive election campaign in recent elections in Pakistan and his party performance was remarkably in present elections in Pakistan. Despite defeat in recent elections his party got large number of seats in all four province and established government in KPK province of Pakistan.

Imran Khan is not satisfy with the Pakistan present election and judicial system. Khan raised strong voice against present system and organized larger campaign against government of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Due to his popularity several key figures of past government have joined his Tahreek Insaf party and now his looking for Prime Minister ship of Pakistan.

Pakistan Tahreek Insaf was founded by Pakistan former cricket Player Imran Khan. Pakistan Tahreek Insaf is Pakistan third largest party and second largest party in Pakistan important and largest province Punjab. Imran Khan was elected first party chairman and under his strong leader ship his party secured second position in last elections.
